Netigate appoints new CCO Benedict Geissler to expand its total experience management SaaS

STOCKHOLM, Sweden (April 24th, 2025) Netigate, a leading European provider of AI-powered customer and employee experience management SaaS solutions, has appointed Benedict Geissler as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Located at the company’s Frankfurt office, Geissler will lead Netigate’s continued business growth and strengthen its strategic focus on scaling its solutions to enterprise clients, particularly in the Nordic and DACH regions. The strategy aims to develop Netigate’s “total experience management” solution by enhancing customer centricity, impact, and future viability.

With over two decades of international executive leadership experience in the IT, software, and SaaS tech industries, Geissler brings to the role a combination of strategic insight, operational excellence, and people-first leadership. In addition to his new position as CCO, Geissler will remain Managing Director of Netigate Deutschland GmbH in Germany, as was his previous position.
